Cabin Rates & Policies
Year Round Rates
Single Room Cabins (sleeps 2):
- Weekdays – $149
- Weekends & Holidays – $199
A weekend stay requires two nights at the weekend rate. A weekend stay is any stay that includes a Friday or Saturday night.
We allow dogs at four of our cabins; Nature’s Paradise, Lakota, Silver Wolf, and Trail Ridge. Will allow up to 2 dogs (under 30 lbs each) for an additional $30 per stay.
CABIN RENTAL POLICIES
Persons must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin. Positive ID required at check-in. Minimum two day stay required. Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay. Thursday/Friday and Saturday/Sunday stays will be charged at weekend rate.
Rates are shown for a two-person stay. Children are counted as guests. Rates shown are per night. Lodging tax (6%) and sales tax (7.25%) are not included in the price and will be added to the total price.

High Rock Hideaways reserves the right to substitute a property in case of maintenance issues that cause the property to be uninhabitable.
CANCELLATIONS FOR DIRECT RESERVATIONS
If you cancel prior to 30 days of reservation date, we will be happy to refund any fees that have been collected for your stay, less our $100 administration/booking charge AND less the Reservations Online 6% service fee charge.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to your arrival, then 50% of the rental fee paid at the time of reservation is non-refundable in addition to the 6% Reservations Online service charge.
SERVICE FEE/RESERVATIONS ONLINE
The 6% service fee associated with your direct booking is not affiliated with us, The Hocking Lodging Company. It is a direct charge from ReservationsOnline, our software hosting platform.
Reminder when you click the pop up window at time of online booking, you state that you understand that if you cancel WITHIN 20 days of making your initial reservation, you will receive this money back.
If you cancel AFTER the 20 day window and any time before your check in, you will NOT receive those separate funds back.
These funds are in addition to our $100 administration/booking charge and we can not dispute those funds for you.
Full payment is required at time of booking. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discovery credit/debit cards. We also accept checks.
There are NO visitors allowed at the cabins. Cabins are only for paying guests. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. We cannot allow early check-ins due to cabin cleaning schedules. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. — 8:00 a.m. No loud music or disturbances of any type are permitted during this time. We cannot control what nearby property owners do on their property.
Dogs are permitted in designated cabins. There is a $30.00 charge per dog per stay, maximum of two. Weight not to exceed 30 lbs per dog. If pets are found to have been brought into non-designated dog cabins, there will be a $200 cleaning fee added to your bill and you will be asked to leave immediately. Pets must be crated if you leave the cabin. If pets are uncrated while you are away from the cabin you may be asked to leave without a refund.
To prevent fires, smoking/vaping is not permitted inside of the cabins, on the decking, or while using the hot tub. If evidence of smoking in these areas is found, you will be billed a $300 fine. Please if you do smoke, dispose of the butts properly. DO NOT throw them on the ground.
Hot tubs are maintained daily between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We do not allow guests to add soaps, dyes, fragrances or bubbles to the water. Doing so will result in a water change fee. We do not allow smoking or glass drink ware in the hot tubs. Hot tub safety guidelines are posted at each cabin. The hot tubs are clean when you arrive. You are required to shower before each use. Failure to do so may result in the hot tub becoming dirty and management having to empty, clean and refill the hot tub. If this should happen, a charge of $200 will be charged to the credit card on file. If you experience any issues with your hot tub contact management at 614.226.2757
Refunds: There will be NO refunds for no shows and arrival date changes. NO refunds are given for guests not adhering to policy rules. There will be NO refunds or rate reductions issued for utilities disruption including electric, water, DirecTV, etc., as these are beyond our control. NO refunds will be issued for weather related problems, as these are beyond our control. The cabins are located on steep, gravel drives. 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended. There are NO REFUNDS for inclement weather/driving conditions. Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, fire places, etc., can malfunction. There will be no refunds issued for mechanical failures out of our control. We will do our best to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Theft and Property Damages:
We expect our guests to treat our cabins and amenities with respect. Any damages to the cabin or its contents will be charged to the credit card on file. If you notice any problems upon your arrival, please notify us right away.
Right to Enter:
High Rock Hideaways has the right to enter premises for purposes of maintenance or if guest are violating property rules.
Hunting and Firearms:
Absolutely NO hunting of any kind is permitted on the property. NO shooting of any kind of firearm is permitted on the property. This includes pellet guns, air soft guns/rifles, BB guns and paint ball guns. NO archery allowed on property.
Catch and Release Pond:
Our catch and release pond is just that, catch the fish and release them back into the pond. A fishing license is not required on this private pond. Removal of fish from the pond is not permitted. NO swimming is allowed in the pond.
No ATVs of any kind are permitted on the property for recreation at any time. Motorcycles are permitted as means of transportation to and from the property.
Fires are permitted only in the fire pits that we have provided at your cabin. No other fires are permitted on the property. Please make sure that your fire is completely out before leaving it.
Renter assumes responsibly for their guests during their stay. Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for any accident or injury occurring on the property. Renter assumes risks involved with the use of the fire pit and hot tub.
It is your responsibility to maintain a clean and neat cabin and follow the posted check out instructions. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional charge to the credit card on file. Departure instructions are posted in each of the cabins.
Our cabins are located in the woods. We have our cabins exterminated on a regular basis, but it is not unusual to see a bug or spider in your cabin. We will not refund your reservation if you see bugs, spiders or mice in your cabin. Remember, we invaded their territories!
AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOUR VERBAL AUTHORIZATION, MAKING AN ONLINE RESERVATION, PAYMENT OF MONEY AND/OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCCEPTANCE OF POLICIES.
